- 2 cups Homemade whipped cream, search for our recipe in the search bar
- 1 quart Strawberries, fresh, sliced lengthwise in halves or quarters
- 1 pint Blueberries, fresh

In clear, pretty drinkware, such as red wine glasses or double old-fashioned glasses, you will create layers. I made layers of strawberries, whipped cream, blueberries, whipped cream, and then repeated that layering pattern until I filled the glass. You can layer however you prefer.
Top with a slice of strawberry and a few blueberries to finish it off and serve!
Notes and Substitutions:
- Top with walnuts or slivered roasted almonds for a little crunch.
- Add fresh lemon zest to the very top for a tangy punch of flavor.
- Garnish with a few fresh basil leaves for an herby bite.
Storage Instructions:
If you happen to have any leftovers, store the berries and whipped cream separate from one another in sealed containers in the refrigerator. The berries may last a few more days, depending when you bought them while the cream can be stored for a few days or so. Inspect everything before you’re ready to eat it, just in case. Discard if it has spoiled.
